Keller Williams Gives Back

There are many reasons why Keller Williams Realty is a wonderful company. One of those is that Keller Williams truly is a family. This is illustrated beautifully through the story of Josh Hardy, the son of a KW associate. Josh has been battling cancer for seven years and is a patient at St. Jude’s Memphis. Keller Williams played a role getting him the vital medication that he needed to continue his battle and hopefully save his life.

Here is an update our Keller Williams family recently received:

Dear Keller Williams Family,
We are thrilled that our associate’s son, Josh Hardy, is receiving the medication he so desperately needed. Thanks to the passion and concern of friends all over the world, the drug company found a way to give Josh a compassionate use dose so he can lead a happy, fulfilling life.

Josh’s uncle, Ben, sent us the following note:

Thank you, KW, for the support! My brother Todd and I are forever grateful.

Tonight we celebrate that Chimerix worked together with the FDA to create a new program to release the drug brincidofovir to people of all ages with infections similar to Josh Hardy’s. This is not only a saving grace for Josh but countless other individuals who need this same drug. I along with the entire family, including Josh, Aimee Hardy and Todd Hardy, are forever grateful for all of your support and effort. It is truly humbling to have been a small part of this process. Many of you don’t know Josh but when you get the opportunity to meet him you will see one incredible little man.
The power of the human spirit cannot be denied. Please continue thoughts and prayers for Josh.

Thank you, Keller Williams Family, for helping to make a difference. We are honored and privileged to be in business with such caring and compassionate leaders.

Yours in improving lives!

This is such an inspiring story that makes me proud to be a part of the KW family. Please keep Josh and his family in your thoughts and prayers. If you would like to get involved by following Josh’s story or make a donation, please click the link above to learn more.
